Acticell Revitalizing Cream : a Review


Acticell has developed a Revitalizing Cream rich in high-quality ingredients and antioxidants due to their capabilities of helping skin shed signs of environmental damage while ridding the face of wrinkles and renewing skin to bring back a youthful appearance. This cream is especially made for people with normal or combination skin, not really for those who have sensitive skin issues.

A complete ingredients list or dosages of each aren’t present on their website, but we found Acticell Revitalizing Cream is made primarily of:
Seaweed/algae: can play as anticoagulants, aid in lowering blood cholesterol, or serve as antibiotics, dilatory agents, antihypertensive agents and antitumorigenic agents. When used in topical skin products, developers claim seaweed can increase skin health and help with aging signs. But none of these claims have been proven. It’s said to be a skin hydrator, but it isn’t. Not like Hyaluronic Acid which is actually proven to be the best at allowing skin cells to retain water more.
Gingko Biloba: said to have memory-enhancing powers as well as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that may help in Collagen production.
Vitamin E: has skin-healthy benefits and protects against outside damage that may make skin look older.

Again, we feel that it’s important for a manufacturer to put a customer’s safety and interests in consideration when providing information on a product, and this product fails to do this for our customers as it excludes research on development and testing of their product as well as customer testimonials, not to mention ingredients. Also lacking is the lack of proven and effective ingredients. Does it have them or not? We wish they backed up their claims in some way.

But if you’re interested, you can try this product and return it. A number of websites offering it at a discounted price of around £22. We love that products can be bought online (also at UK stockists) because it’s the new way of shopping: convenient, fast, easy, and you never wait in line. Still, if it was our choice, look for the product with the better ingredients.
